We are the oldest and longest lasting company of our kind in Brevard County supplying labor, material and equipment with 2 general contractors licenses, an electrical contractor’s license and real estate license. We have a post tension cable repair crew, block crew, form carpenter crew, rebar crew, vertical concrete crew and use our own concrete pump.

Our shore system changes from job to job using handset Aluma and Burk Systems. Aluma Table Systems, Hambro System, tunnel forms, shore and reshore prints are designed by certified structural engineers and cable drawing are stamped by post tension engineers. We work closely with numerous structural engineers across the state of Florida.  

We have built over 120 buildings servicing Brevard, Indian River, Orange, St. Lucie and Volusia Counties and others on special request. We have done numerous government projects for Kennedy Space Center, Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island in South Carolina, Patrick’s Air Force Base, Port Canaveral, County Fire and Police Departments.

Our work in Volusia County includes parts of the Daytona Speed Way, multiple 19 story and 7 story condominiums. With more than 100 buildings alone in Brevard we can compete with confidence, letting our reputation speak for itself.

We build Marriott Hotels, Hilton Hotels, Holiday Inns, Hampton inns, Quality Suites Hotels, Federal and State government projects.

We have also built numerous multi floor homes from 8,000 to 18,000 square feet on piles, both friction and auger type, ocean front and river front.
